Filling Section too is clean area having positive pressure and air conditioning through HEPA Filter. The floors from water treatment till filling section are coated with the fungal epoxy. Solution before filling passes through 0.45-micron filter followed by precise filtration through 0.2-micron sterile filter. Filling is done by world’s most sophisticated and modern “Bottle pack system” employing Blow, Fill and Seal Technology, Here bottle making, its filing and then hermetic sealing is done in single phase without human contact thus, ensuring absolutely sterile product.
